Twin Shelf Pushers

Twin shelf pushers are a practical merchandising solution designed to keep products consistently front-facing and neatly aligned on retail shelves. Consisting of a built-in shelf divider and a shelf pusher to the right or the left of the divider, twin shelf pushers can be used either separately or together when more force is needed to keep the products moving forward. They are especially useful in high-traffic retail environments where maintaining shelf organization manually would be time-consuming and inconsistent.

How Twin Shelf Pushers Work


1. Front Mounting Rail. The shelf pushers and shelf divider hook onto the front rail, which has an adhesive base for attaching to the front of the shelf.
2. Stopper. The stopper holds the products in place at the front of the shelf.
3. Right Shelf Pusher. Pushes the products toward the front of the shelf from behind the products. Can be used separately or in combination with the Left Shelf Pusher.
4. Left Shelf Pusher. Pushes the products toward the front of the shelf from behind the products. Can be used separately or in combination with the Right Shelf Pusher.
5. Tension Spring. We offer shelf pushers in five spring tensions, from 2N to 10N. The higher the number, the higher the spring tension. Heavier products require higher spring tensions.
6. Shelf Pusher Track. Holds the shelf pusher in place.
7. Shelf Divider. The shelf divider separates the rows of products.

Keeping Sales Moving

 
Shelf pushers help to streamline restocking and reduce labor. As items are removed, the spring mechanism automatically advances the remaining products forward, ensuring shelves always look fully stocked. This not only enhances the overall appearance of the display but can also drive sales by reducing the “picked-over” look that often discourages customers from purchasing. Twin pushers are commonly used in categories like beverages, health and beauty, convenience items, and packaged foods where consistent fronting is critical.

Twice the Pushing Power

 
Twin Shelf Pushers give you the option of putting twice the pushing power on the shelf. The right and left pushers can be used individually or paired together to push a single row of products. Doubling up the twin shelf pushers is a crucial option when pushing larger or heavier products on the shelf. 

The Extension Adapter for Twin Pusher, shown here, is another option for pushing taller or wider products. It can be attached to single pushers either horizontally or vertically or used to connect two pushers together.
